V2 Updates

Following GenCon 2024, I was able to take a little breath then dive back in and make some fixes to the file I originally uploaded. This added new tables which should have been a part of the initial release. I also made some style additions and acknowledgments to the first few pages of the book.  

I also replaced the incorrect "enemies" mark where it appeared and replaced it with the updated "Ø" which is easier to draw.
