V1 to V2

In this new version, 

Edits for clarification in core mechanics and skill challenges. 

Aces are now low. 

The card notes section has been expanded to include notes on the use of tarot decks in the game. 

Luck has been revised to actually make sense in this version. 

Character creation has been revised in hopes that new players will be able to create characters solo. 

Optional Lore has been relocated. 

New tracking sheets are available to help dealers and players alike. 

Error Note: On page 11, the leveling up section is begun as a placeholder but does not yet contain guidance on leveling up.
